TEAM 420

To say the last three years have been unprecedented is an understatement. We have faced challenges we never thought we would have to face --- and we met each and every one of them head-on with great resolve.

 

The pandemic disrupted a lot of things. It's easy to look back and remember how difficult it has been. But also remember how your Local Union adapted and rose to meet those challenges, and the many successes we achieved together in the most uncertain times.

 

The team we assembled understands what it means to face adversity and come out on top. They deserve your vote on Saturday, June 4, 2022.

 

Over the last three years, we have been able to reach consensus on several critical matters that affect our membership, providing strong outcomes that not only got our Local Union through the toughest stretches of the pandemic, but also made us stronger than ever and positioned us for greater success in the years ahead.

 

What did we do?

 

We secured a new contract that provides a 9.75 percent raise over three years for members. We made sure Steamfitters were recognized as “essential” workers. We protected retirees' medical coverage without a cost increase.  We preserved health and welfare benefits for members and their families during the pandemic. In fact, because of sound investments, health and welfare costs for all members were held to a 0% increase, despite the pandemic. And so much more.

 

While we are proud of our accomplishments, we recognize there is more to do. Team 420 has proven it is the best team to get the job done.
